Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, France and Ireland.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
The flat shipping rate is 5,99€ per order.

International Deliveries:
Shipping costs to Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Luxembourg and Austria are a flat rate of 5,99€ per order.

Shipping costs to Irland are a flat rate of 8,99€  per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 1–3 business days, and for international deliveries to Ireland within 2–8 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Return Conditions
Free return shipping within a 14-day return period.
Returns can be made at your local DHL parcel shop at over 32,000 locations.
Inspection and processing time takes a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the return.
